The Northumberland Condominums are located in the heart of Charlottetown, PEI, an easy walk to the Confederation Centre and Gallery, the newly renovated downtown library and many shops and restaurants. The building is elevator serviced, and offers underground garage parking with a car wash bay, a fitness center, a common room, a guest suite and roof top deck with BBQ. Indoor parking for one vehicle is included, as is the use of a small storage cage, also located in the parking garage.

An outdoor visitor lot is located behind the building. And for those who prefer two wheels, a secure bike storage room is also available.
The building is quiet and well-maintained, with an active board and a healthy reserve fund. Social events for residents are hosted regularly in the common room, and the building boasts a number of other amenities as well.
Invite your family and friends for a BBQ on the rooftop terrace, or curl up with a good book in one of the many comfortable adirondack chairs provided for residents and their guests to enjoy!
